It’s clearly got to the point where some validators are acting against the interest of the chain and choose to hide behind avatars, I believe it’s about time we introduced mandatory KYC for all validators, this is not a DOX requirement, just KYC, at least then we know you have some interest towards being for the chain.
How do you want to enforce this on the protocol level? It’s impossible. Everyone can join the set. Especially when there is only 100 out of 110 actually active.
Is there no way to develop a list that can be cross referenced?
I mean we could give everyone a few months, and provide a month or so grace period to new vals to get KYC’d and then add them to the list, will need to look into dev limitations.
