Governance Proposal: Acquisition of Strategic LUNC Web3 Namespace Portfolio
Summary
I want to propose that the Terra Luna Classic community explore the acquisition of a strategic portfolio of LUNC Web3 domain names to strengthen the ecosystem’s long-term digital identity, branding, governance, and future infrastructure.
Background
My name is Oliver Moos, Founder of StakedX. Following the Terra ecosystem split, I secured a portfolio of premium LUNC Web3 domains, including:

These assets were acquired with the vision that they could one day serve the Terra Classic community as foundational digital infrastructure rather than simply domain names.
Vision
As Web3 evolves, digital namespaces are becoming increasingly important for identity, governance, AI agents, wallets, decentralized applications, and ecosystem branding.
These domains could provide a unified namespace for:

Should there be sufficient interest, I would welcome discussions with community representatives to determine an appropriate structure, valuation, and transfer process that benefits both the ecosystem and its stakeholders.
