This proposal seeks to amend the governance-approved list of authorized individuals permitted to merge code and create releases in the Terra Classic codebase, as originally established under Proposal #12129. The update retains select existing contributors, incorporates new authorized individuals, and removes others while retaining its original guidelines to enhance flexibility for community growth while upholding essential safeguards. All other contribution and KYC rules remain unchanged and continue to apply as defined in the previous proposal.

Has there been any recent activity (or activity at all) from the retained members Fragwuerdig, Renzo, StrathCole, Vinh? If any of them are inactive, they should also be removed.
Did Orbit Labs members approve this change? I don’t see that in the proposal. They’re not co-signers.
Thank you for your questions, I’m happy to address them directly.
To your first point, yes, there has indeed been ongoing activity among the contributors. I believe they are actively communicating and supporting one another, which aligns perfectly with the intent behind lists like this to foster collaboration among developers so they can collectively advance shared goals. It’s important to note that the individual who pushes the code doesn’t necessarily reflect the full scope of contributions, it’s the combined efforts of the team that truly drive progress forward.
Regarding Orbit Labs, we did reach out to them, and they promptly shared their KYC certificates, along with details on a recent change involving their newest member. This has been fully incorporated into the proposal for transparency.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, I’m here to discuss them and ensure everything is clear.
