Exploits have been carried out against the LunaClassic blockchain for over three years. Although there was evidence, recent events demonstrate who perpetrated them, and we want to request that the community multisig wallet receive these funds back. If we are successful, four wallets will be rewarded with 15% of the total amount raised. We could recover between $15 and $20 million, but time is against us. In any case, and if the reward is not granted, we could appeal and seek different avenues. Many hours of work have gone into this, and thousands and thousands of TXs have been reviewed. Once the proposal is submitted for discussion and we have listened to the community, we will proceed with the details and explain the reasons behind it once the deposit phase is over. I am fully confident that this can be recovered in a decentralized manner, since the funds should never have left the blockchain.

It involves making a request to the SECGOV to claim funds, and it would be done on behalf of the community. If it were an individual request, the funds wouldn’t be obtained, but the alleged aggressor would likely be prosecuted.
